I suggest a topic you know really well and are passionate about. It's easier to talk about something when you have a passion for it. Think of a hobby or something you'd like to learn more about so you will be excited to research it and find the answers.
This is kind of a hard question to answer since we have no idea what you're interested in like your hobbies, past time activities. But find something you really like and go for it, as 2 minutes are nothing for a speech.
Make sure its interesting so you don't put your audience to sleep and avoid repeating yourself. Your opening statement should catch the audiences interest the first thing and then the rest is real easy. Good luck
