My high school went on strike for three days. All the students sat in hallways and on stairs and refused to go to classes. Reporters from different newspapers and TV arrived and camped outside the doors.
The principals had said no to every request, suggestion, and demand of the student council. In fact, student council was ignored by the admin team. There was too much unfairness and punishment.
It was exciting that first day. Parents stormed into the principal's office demanding to know what was going on. They had to step through throngs of sitting students to get there.
