If you aren't looking to draw attention I wouldn't wear it. You could wear it once in a while but it would look strange in a school without dress code.
I really need an answer to this FAST please. I need to know if wearing a seifuku (Japanese school uniform) as an everyday uniform to a high school with no uniforms is considered weird?
