I really need an answer to this FAST please. I need to know if wearing a seifuku (Japanese school uniform) as an everyday uniform to a high school with no uniforms is considered weird?

im 14. in 9th grade i like reading and im kinda shy. im a teen mom of twin girls. and ive had problem's with mental and emotion stability which lead to bipolar disorder and depression. im trying to find help. i love writing stories and hope to publish them someday.
