I would recommend picking a major that appeals to you and you have a chance at getting a job after graduation.  Most universities have classes you can take to improve your paper writing skills.  Both universities and the community college I went too offered free help with writing papers--although this help usually was too hard for procrastinators to fit in.  But, if you're willing to plan, it would help most people.

If you have a documented disability, your university in the U.S. Is required to make the needed accommodations for your disability.

The only major I would not recommend for you is English.  They have to write the most papers.
