Edgar Allen Poe is the obvious choice. His poems like The Raven and The Tell-Tale Heart are popular options.

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and Bram Stoker's Dracula are classics.

Then you have Anne Rice and her never-ending series of vampire books.

These are probably the best sellers, but goths tend to like obscure or hard to find things because it's like a sign of how goth they are.
