Ignore it. In my opinion it's not worth the aggravation or the label of tattle tale. Stay completely out of it. Focus on yourself and your grades. Believe me when I say that if what you say is true she WILL get hers in the end. When she was caught cheating I'm sure the teacher made a mental note and I'm also sure they are aware of her.

As you grow up you will always find people who are always looking for the easy way out of everything. Take satisfaction in knowing that you aren't like that, and her way of living is going to catch up to her.

Not your circus, not your monkeys. You actually don't need to do anything. She will bring about her own downfall. You may not be around to see it, but it will happen. Take satisfaction that you have more personal integrity than she does and just let it lie.

Most of the grade (330 kids total in gr9 ) are annoyed about it, but I can't find anybody to come with me to talk to the yr9 deputy about it.  Any advice is welcome please???

Well I'm home schooled and don't have these problems , but I will say why can't you go to the deputy yourself?? Maybe talk to your teachers about it. Tell them what you think.

Thanks, thats a good idea, except I'm not the most 'brave' person she it comes to these sorts of things. I mean, I'm happy to do the talking, but I just need someone for moral support, otherwise I won't be able to talk to our deputy without looking like I have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm happy if you the person I'm with 'ditches' me halfway through the conversation, but, as I said, I need the support to 'get up there'

As dragonfly said ... Ignore it.

After graduation, or when she gets a job, she will quickly find out that the "real world" doesn't tolerate that childish behavior.
