Of course not. They're illegal... Illegal....ILLEGAL! Something about that term tells me they have no right to be in this country.....back up, apply LEGALLY, then get a driver's license.....just my thought.
No and they need to be deported ASAP.
Immigrant system is part of our principle. This is how we came together from the first place but legal immigrants are the ones that we need to consider and what we need to accept. They need to enter legally, be interviewed, become qualified and start living as part of our society peacefully, nicely and become an American. But illegal ? It's against the law and i don't understand how we can shelter someone including providing all the rights for them while they actually sneaked through U.S soil. It's just wrong and a harm to our culture and society.
As long as they can pass the test ... Yes.
Otherwise, they won't be able to get insurance ... So if they are in an accident, they won't be able to pay for any damage/medical for the other person.
HOWEVER: It should be a special license that is not eligible as proof of identity for any government benefits.
