To help memorize or remember things, I find that if I write it down, I'll remember better. For memory, especially in school, I would write it out several times. Good luck!

Association is the key to memorization. Find a link for something you want to remember. Some people say songs help because it is easier to memorize songs.  I'll bet if you watch  this video enough times, you would probably remember most of it by heart.

Dang! I thought he was gonna leave out Australia. Whew! Just got it in before the finish. That's very clever, Soul Fly.

Kidding, I could certainly use this too! My brain has selective memory that I get no say in.

Back in the 1930s a guy named Bruno Furst wrote a book called "Stop Forgetting". Best thing on the subject I've ever read. Lots of the systems that have been sold for big bucks since then have been based on his ideas.

It's still available. Try a Google search and see what it's selling for these days.
