You can never regain time, so don't waste it.

Because this is where we become what we will be when we enter eternal life.
I want to be in the best shape possible to get the most from what is to come (to the extent that what I have made myself into may be important at that time).
Because to many of us, it is all we have and it is very limited . . . We embrace, respect, and cherish every moment.
