Help! I am writing a story and I created a new character. He's a cool teenage boy, who is a hunter. I had a whole list of possible names, but I think I've narrowed it down to these two: Tom or Hunter? I was leaning towards Tom but I don't know. Help!!
A couple other options to consider are Colt and Remington.
In my opinion I wouldn't chose such an ordinary names though it depends on weither he's a minor character or an important one.If he's minor and not important name him Tom since it would be confusing if you called him hunter since he's a hunter.If he's a important character I strongly disagree about naming him such common names i mean how many characters are named tom or hunter?Probably a 100 or more.I think the unique names are the ones that stand out more.So I hope you didn't try to hard trying to find a name for him because I think you should chose a more unique thought out more name with more meaning.
I would have named him Hutch 😋
How about : Clutch Cargo ! He was an adventurer !
