Find someplace comfortable that has little to no distractions. For me that was the beach. I would sit in my beach chair and when my mind or eyes needed a break I could look up take in a deep breath or two and then get back to it.

Another trick is listening to classical music while you study. And yes I mean Bach and Beethoven, not the Beatles and the Beach Boys. The driving beats of modern music can actually make you tired. (Which is why you shouldn't listen to it nonstop on road trips either.)

Get competitive with a classmate.  Choose one who is excelling  and try to outdo that person. Compare marks. How about a friendly wager with them ?

Be specific about what you want to accomplish---not math, but linear equations for example.

Then set sub goals that will get you there.

Acccomplishing those sub goals will give you a boost and motivate you to continue learning.

TIPS AND TRICKS TO CRACK JEE 2018

JEE 2018 is just around the corner and the students gearing up for the same are often seen concerned about how they would fare in their JEE. The JEE examination not only tests one for his academic knowledge and application of various concepts learned over the years, it also tests his test-taking capability. Another thing that is tested while the student appears for his JEE is his behavioral aspect,-let us explain it with an example- we often see several bright students missing the bus and not faring well in their JEE despite complete conceptual knowledge. The reason behind the same is their lack of time management, nervousness or overconfidence. One needs to continue doing rigorous hard work, time himself well, take simulated tests and work on his weak areas.

You should change places when you are studying. For
instance, you can revise in your bedroom and do your homework somewhere else.
Also, it is very important to take breaks in between. I suggest you to take 15
minutes of rest after every 2 hours of work. That’s what I do.
