Good for you! Don't fall into the lies that high school has to look a certain way! How are your grades? What are you interested in doing in your future. If you keep your head clear and follow your dreams these people you think your a loser because you are NOT like will be looking at you saying "why didn't I follow HIM/HER!?" Be happy with you! I don't know you and I am proud of you!

No one says you have to Drink or Smoke, and peer pressure only works if the opinion of those imparting the pressure means something to you . . .

Set yourself up as one you answer to, and your peers as they gain your respect . . . While not many like to babysit, think on how you could be there to ensure no one gets hurt . . .

It's your life, live it and enjoy by your rules.

I must be a loser too, because I don't do all that stuff and I'm about to turn 16. But I feel perfectly fine, productive, and that I'm doing better than the kids who party like this. Trust me on this: All you need to do is change the way you think about it, and you'll really feel so much better.

You need to look at it this way: The people doing this stuff are trashy and gross, you're more productive than they are, and being clean is something to be proud of. No nasty substances controlling your brain and body.

Now, you need to turn your attention away from that stuff: Take up an extracurricular at school. You'll be hanging out with them instead: Getting on the travel squad for a sport, staying overnight in cities with band or orchestra or volunteering organizations is actually more fun than getting high and throwing up in hpthe morning at a stranger's house. Get a job or internship at a place you like. Also, get new friends—friends that are productive, nice, and share these new interests with you. You'll be able to put all of the negativity behind you easily.
