Take centrum daily. Its yum! But it also gives you calcium an d lots of vitamins. I had bigger boobs in to weeks!
I was asking my self the same thing but I guess that you should try to eat healthy specially drink loads of milk for it's calcium and lots of protein like eggs meat, chicken and fish but keep eating fruits to such as bananas which are a great source of potassium.
