A fraction is the exact definition of a problem without the possibility of any round off error or radicalization. That is not always the case and a case could be made for - 0.8 ( using zero as decimal identifier ) instead of - 4/5.

If you mean, "is there a risk of catching a "cold" or the flu?", then...no.  A "cold" or the flu are viruses, and can only be transmitted from "catching" the virus from someone else...transferring the virus from someone who has it to you, either directly or indirectly.

Jail inmates and their booking info are a matter of public record, and in fact, most major counties have a way to see who is in jail, what they are there for, and photos as well...even the Douglas County Jail, who has a quite extensive database of prisoners. … Read more

The first step is to get a common denominator (bottom number of a fraction).  In this case, the denominator 5 goes into the denominator 20 an even number of times, so it is pretty easy to convert cell phone A's fraction to match B's.  4/5 is also 16/20 (4 times both numbers).

"round", in this context, means to take all the antibiotics prescribed, as directed, for the duration prescribed. 

For example: A Z-Pak (Zithromax) is given in a 6-pill blister pack.  Double dose on the first day, then one pill per day on an empty stomach, without missing a dose, for 5 days.  That is a round.
