It can be solved in a number of ways.
1) if you consider x= -3, then the Y= 5(-3)=> -15.
2) if you consider x=0, then Y=5(0)=> 0.
3) if you consider x=2, then Y=5(2)=> 10.

You can solve it
If x = -3, then y=5 x -3=-15
If x = 0, then y=5 x 0 = 0
If x= 2, then y= 5 x 2 = 10
that means  x can be -15, 0 or 10.
