It could be as simple as:
1. Thank you for the trust you have given our company.
2. Our company appreciates the trust you have given us

You can reword it informally by saying, '(You know that) our company is  very pleased with your confidence towards us.'    Or you can reword it formally by saying, 'We (hereby) wish to inform you that our company is (very) pleased with the confidence you have reposed in us.    (You might want to use that for a conclusion or a header.) :)
