Yes their daytime courses are free. Financial need is a consideration, but it is not solely based on it. The state reimburses the school for every student that is successfully employed for a set time period after course completion. If they see you as someone who will get a job and keep it, the more likely it is that you will be selected for the course. They offer evening classes but these are NOT free.
