You round down to 52.0.
To think of it it may help to round 52.005 to 52.01, then 52.0 is obviously nearer than 52.1
52.05 would become 52.1

Let's round it to the nearest .01 first

5 is rounded up to 10

so 52.01(0)

now round that off to 0.1's

1 is rounded down to 0, not up to 10

52.1(0)
