A decahexagon is a 16-sided planar polygon. If you draw a line extending each edge, 16 can be drawn. If you draw lines between every pair of vertices, 16*15/2 = 120 can be drawn. If you just want to draw a line anywhere in the enclosed space, an infinite number of lines can be drawn. The question isn't clear as to the limitations put on the lines being drawn.
