A non-secular religious ceremony would have religious ties. The poster above me is using a double negative to explain non-secular, which would mean "non-(non-secular), ergo meaning secular which means, in a nutshell, not connected to religion.

Correct sentence: A non-secular wedding ceremony would have religious ties, and involve the bible, and other religious rights.
