Advantage. It is a good system of week studants  and they participte in other activity 

disadvantage.....    It is a bad for inteelegant studant the a1 grade r week student and a1 grad are inteelegent its not diffrent

Advantage...people who score 9 percent less will grouped in the same category as that of the person who scores 9 percent more.
Disadvantage...people who are competitve cannot get their self expressed..well
