Find the digit to the right of the underlined number. If it is 5 or more, add 1 to the digit in the underlined place. Set all digits to the right of the under lined number to zero. Examples   Round 239493094 to the underlined place.   The digit to the right is 3, so we do nothing to the underlined digit. We set the digits to the right to zero to get 239490000.    Round 195 to the underlined place.   The digit to the right is 5, so we add 1 at the underlined place   195 + 10 = 205   We set the digits to the right to zero to get 200.
