The total surface area of a cuboid of dimensions l, w, h is given by
  area = 2(lw + lh + wh)
Substituting the given dimensions in meters, we have
  .94 m^2 = 2((.7 m)(.5 m) + (.7 m)(h) + (.5 m)(h))
  .47 = .35 + h(1.2)    (divide by 2 m^2, consider h to be in meters; collect terms)
  .12 = 1.2h    (subtract .35)
  .12/1.2 = h    (divide by 1.2)
  .10 = h
The height of the cuboid is 10 cm.

.94sqm=9400sqcm.a cuboid has six faces  let y= height
2x50x70+2x70y+2x50y=9400  ------ 7000+140y+100y= 9400
240y=2400  y=10  the cuboid is 70x50x10
