Nobody can answer this question except for you, but if you are really not sure, then you could get some advice from a careers adviser.
Consider the aspects of your course that you have enjoyed the most and then think about whether any of that can be applied to a specialism. Think about what your peers are interested in doing and whether there is anything there that appeals to you (though it should go without saying that the last thing that you should do is to do what someone else is doing just for the sake of it).
When you have a short list of possibilities, go through it again and try and find out as much as you possibly can about each subject and where it could lead you.
Only when you have explored all possibilities and are really happy with what you have found, should you make a decision.
