If wind resistance is not a factor, the 9.8 m/s^2 acceleration due to gravity will increase the skydiver's speed to 92 m/s in about 9.4 seconds.
_____
(92 m/s)/(9.8 m/s^2) ≈ 9.4 s

Depends upon wind resistance as well as the value of g. There is not enough information here to answer this question.

Earths gravitational pull = 9.8 m/sec
final velocity = 92 m/sec
time taken = 92 / 9.8 m/sec
time taken = 9.39 sec ?
