You will learn in life that it never hurt anyone to want but to get it is an entirely different thing. There is little legally you can do here for at least another 6 or 7 years depending on when you graduate High School because if caught as a runaway, the consequences are a lot worse than you have it now. So the only choice you really have here is to stay put , be patient and just deal with it and the time will really go by quicker than you think. Good luck
