Major in education
Well, I'm not the one to ask really, I'm not the best at math and I'm only in 6th grade. But at my level you'll need to know...
-addition, subtraction, multiply cation, division.
-adding, multiplying, subtracting, dividing fractions, decimals, and percents.
-measurement, (inches, centimeters, meters, millimeters, milliliters, gallons, pint etc.)
But it all depends... What grade do you want to teach?
Also, in my 6th grade class there are people that are in a very high level like 8th or 9th grade. So just be ready. College should teach you a lot!!

1. A good math skill
It depends the type of class you will be teaching. But if you really want to be a secondary school math teacher, master the algebra 1 and 2, geometry, trigonometry and statistics...A good teacher explains to those who cannot understand and understands those who cannot explain:)
Everything! You would probablly need to know a lot about algebra. I don't know if you have to specifiacllly good at math but for sure you need to know how to teach it! I hope you become a great math teacher if you want to be one!
