As much as the school or district wants to charge for it.

Often, there is an administrative fee that is intended to discourage spurious requests and to partially cover the cost of the time spent searching and reproducing the records. If records are in archival storage off-site, a retrieval fee may be involved. There may be a fee associated with the notary service.

I would expect a fee in the range of a few tens of dollars to be normal. I would be surprised if it were more than $100.

My local school district charges each graduating senior $7.00 for a copy of their transcript at graduation. Fees for providing a transcript at other times are not listed on their web site.
