All languages, especially spoken languages, change over the course of time. It is a universal law. This is mainly from contact with other cultures and languages when new vocabulary is added as well as gramatical rules are changed. Only one language in the world is immune to change and that is classical Indian language of Sanskrit. The work Sanskrit itself meanns 'refined.' The gramatical rules of this language is so rigid that it takes a herculian task, even for Indians, to learn this language.

The greatest advantage of this language is that Sanskrit written over 2000 years is same as today. So if one finds a manuskript written before christ, we can decifer the contents without much difficulty. The Indian Medicine, Dance music are all written in this language. So they survived so many hostalities in the course of time.
