Tell her that your mom/dad said to call if you ever feel really sick at school.

Drink a soda, or just tell her that you blew chunks last night & in the bathroom less than 1 &1/2 hour ago.
Go to the nurse and say this morning I threw up and start crying. It works for me
Just start crying and say it really hurts this always works for me tell her/him that you puked in the bathroom like 1 hour ago if she looks then say you only puked in the toilet not on the floor. Say you are going to puke so she calls your mom and lets you go home. I have tried this many times before I always cry she sends me home everytime!!! Hope it will work for you too!! ^_^
