Question: What do you need to live ...your basic needs...answer this and you will have your answer...the only major difference between the civil war and all other wars in the united states is the word civil(and the volume of deaths more than any other war in the united states around 600k)-in other words the only war where families were seperated by their choice to fight for the north or the south..for one government to rule over the land...or should i say the union or the confederacy the blue or the grey...wars basically effects the same things they have always affected...food/clothes/shelter/lives/business/medical treatments while making improvements in transportation/weaponry/arms/tactics/medical procedures so basically war breeds war sooner or later..hope this helped
