Well, since you were not specific about what numbers I could/couldn't use, how frequently I could use them, and to what extent, I came up with a working set of numbers on my own to resolve the equation. I also made sure to follow the PEMDAS rule.
(1 / 1 * 1) + (1 * 1 * 1) + (1 * 98) = 100
1 + 1 + 98 = 100
100 = 100
