School does not want to return my son's phone back. What can I do?

Well, you need call the cell phone company and report it stolen than they will give you steps to file a police report against the school. The school has to give a clear reason why they took the phone and that is not right to take a students phone cause they was caught using it during lunch time.

It sucks really but we can't really do anything it's a charter school

Well. I wish you the best and it's shame cause cell phones don't come cheap when their under contract
