I can honestly say that I never did that. I had lots of trouble with my ears when I was young, so I was legitimately sick enough and didn't have to pretend.
When you were a little kid did you ever fake sick and your parents believed you so you could stay home from school?
Yes, I've done this only once... I didn't usually have the guts to do that, nor did I ever want to intentionally miss out on school (nothing has changed now, hahah), but I really didn't feel up to it! So I faked being sick! :D
I wet my hands and put them outside in the cold when I was young to get sick and it worked. Wow I was sick .
