What are the American's actions toward Cuba?

I can tell you some Americans actions towards Cuba if it's opened back up to us. The car buffs are going to flock there to buy up all of those 50's cars that are there and bring them back for restoration ! The Cubans will score lot's of money for those old cars. Major restorations of old classics. Doesn't matter what condition they're in.
