Hi everyone Can I use the word "conduct" as a verb with the preposition "for"? Eg: thank for your gift that conducted for me.

Yes. Say:

thank you  for your gift that you conducted for me.putting 'you' in there adds a noun. This is needed to make conducted a verb

Not without sounding extremely awkward.

"Conduct" as a verb usually requires a direct object that indicates what has received the action of "conduction."
