Javed Iqbal Mughal was born in the year 1956 in the city of Lahore in Pakistan. He was the only serial killer in the history of Pakistan. He has been suspected of killing over 100 boys. He used to sexually abuse them and then strangle them to death. After words he used to cut up his victims into pieces and then place their remains in drums of Hydrochloric acid so that their remains could dissolve. Once all the remains were liquefied he dumped them in his sewer system but after complaints from neighbors regarding the smell he started dumping remains in the Ravi River at Lahore, Pakistan.
In June of the year 1998 he was arrested for sexually abusing 2 boys for money and later on he was let go on bail. Shortly after his bail he started murdering boys and killed about 100 young boys. He used to charm them and bring them to his house then rape them and later strangle them. He confessed his crimes willingly when he wrote of his horrifying crimes to the Daily Jang newspaper. He himself surrendered to the police on the 30th of December in the year 1999. In an interview he said that as no one was aware of his crimes he could have killed 500 boys if he wanted to. He was sentenced to death but his body was found strangled with bed sheets in his cell on the 7th of October 2007.
