If you mean in the UK, then I can say that The University of Nottingham is a good choice. I am in my first year of studying genetics here and can already tell how good it is. They have high grade machinery and technology and are viewed as not just doing university research, but internationally renowned research. They also have the Institute of Genetics here, which is specified, obviously, in genetics.
