I believe you can get your cna license back because my girlfriend did after two years and she did a refresher course. And now she is working at the cancer center but everytime you apply for a job you always have to put down why you got your license suspended and what the circumstances were or even if you went to court and put the date and time just as many details possible because if you don't and they found out later what happen your license could be taken away again for that matter.
