To multiply fraction you need to write then out.

Eg. 2/4 X 3/10

without a calculator you can cancel to help.
The opposite top and bottom numbers can cancel down...
In this example. The fist 2 and last 10 can cancel down

1/4 X 3/5
the simply times the two top together 1 X 3 =3
                                                                        _
then the two bottom numbers  ...4 X 5 =20
so answer for this would be 3/20
or 15% etc.
