.5 = 5/10  and.6 = 6/10. 6/10 is greater than 5/10.
FYI   .05 = 5/100,   .005 = 5/1000, .0005 = 5/10000, etc.

First off, 0.5 = 0.50 and 0.6 = 0.60. So 60 is greater than 50. Your result is 0.6 is greater. Hope this helps!!

No, because if you treaty them as tenths they are: 6/10 5/10, clearly 6 is bigger than 5, and 10 is the same as the other 10. So you have to compare the 5 to the 6, obviously 6 is a higher number, therefore it is higher.

0.6 Is greater than 0.5 according to mathematical rule and you can also convert it into simple numeric form to see which value is greater.

0.6 = 0.60 = 0.600 > (greater) 0.5 = 0.50 = 0.500 if you have a decimal, you can zeros to the end to see which one is bigger. Only works with decimals. ASK YOUR TEACHER. THEY ARE THERE TO HELP

.6 is greater than .5 your suppose to look from left to right is you want to compare decimals. So 6 is greater than 5

.6 is more than .5 because think of it as 6 and 5 of course  6 is more like   1234(5) which is first and is a lower number
