Hi. It is closer to 0 [ zero ]. Look at it in simple way to help you. Half the distance from zero to 1 would be 0.5 right?? That is zero point .5 tenths.. Point .5 being in the tenths of an inch column. Now half the distance between .5 and zero would be 0.25.. So to even be closer to 1/2 you would have to be somewhat over 0.25 and your example is way out in 10,000,000 millions of zero so the ANSWER again is: IT IS CLOSER TO ZERO.
