There are a number of science projects you could do on the topic of perfume.
Here's a few ideas:
Doing a science project on perfume is a great idea - it sounds fun and entertaining, just the kind of science project I'd have been into at school!
When coming up with an idea for a science project, the first thing to do is to think about what is physically-possible.
Whilst it would be great to do a science project on whether you could power a space-rocket to the moon fueled on perfume alone, testing your theory could prove slightly tricky!
The most obvious project that comes to mind when I think about perfume would be to try and make your own.
If you want to go down this route, you'll need to collect your ingredients, do some research into how perfume is made, and document the scientific process behind it.
You may even want to go into a department store and have a chat with one of those pretty girls working on the perfume counters (they're usually very knowledgeable about perfume!).
Science fair ideas involving perfume
If you're preparing a project for a fair or a classroom talk, you'll need to make your presentation interesting and appealing. Picking a subject that most people will be interested in is a very good idea.
I'm sure most guys and girls would love to find out what kind of perfume is best for attracting the opposite sex (I know I would!), so that might be a good way to go.
Whatever you do, make sure you stick to the scientific method (your teacher can help you figure out what that is) and don't forget to HAVE FUN!

- You could test what kind of perfume girls/guys find most attractive.
- You could do some research into how people distinguish different smells in perfume.
- You could find out what kind of scents people like in a perfume.
