How Well Do You Think Native Americans Organizations, Like The Bureau Of Indian Affairs, The National Congress Of American Indians And The National Indian Gaming Association Are Helping Native Americans To Advance?

The BIA is not a Native American Organization.  It's a Federal Bureau.  Until recently it seemed to be dedicated keeping Indians out-of-sight-out-of-mind.    The National Congress of American Indians seems to be tribe-oriented (i.e. Enrollment-based), those lacking paperwork aren't their problem.    The National Indian Gaming Association seems to be by-them-for-them.  Most tribes aren't associated with casinos, etc., and thus not associated with it.
