  144 = 12^2
  324 = 18^2
  576 = 24^2
  900 = 30^2

If it is even and 3 is a factor, then 2*3=6 must be a factor. If it is square, then 6^2=36 must be a factor, and the remaining factors must be square numbers. The squares between 100/36 and 1000/36 are 4, 9, 16, and 25. The numbers above are what you get when you multiply 36 by each of these square numbers.

Before you can understand the question or the answer, you need to know
- what "even" means
- what "factorization" means, and what "3 is a factor" means
- what "square" means, and what you get when you factor a square
- what "3-digit number" means, and how you find 3-digit numbers with certain factors.
It is also a good idea to have an understanding of common multiples, including least common multiple. All of these are taught in math or Algebra class before you ever see a question like this one.
