How Were The Indigenous People Treated By The Europeans?

The people raped the women and when our people were born they despised us.. They kept us caged in, beat us, force labor and.... Crucified every revolutionary messiah.. It was amazing how they said they civilized us but they had us killed when we spoke out or didn't want too... It was amazing how they made us racist with our own people. The churches also helped in raping the new world. I'm catholic but it doesn't mean I hate them for ding it! Its just they havnt aplogized to us

As an Australian and having the opportunity to study Aboriginal populations:
*Badly, Australia is the only country in the world to commit genocide
*Poorly in terms of issues like the stolen generation - children taken from their families and 'Europeanised' - That's what all the 'sorry' is about [reconciliation]
*Then made to work for white settler families for (v. Little or) no money (pretty much much like slavery was in the States - excuse my ignorance)
*Women were raped
*An attitude amongst white settlers was to bash the c**p out of them, shoot them, kill them, whatever
*It was that they were considered to be animals - part of the scenery, not people at all..
