I read it loud and slowly. I check how does it sound? I make a line by line analysis. I check if the flow of the text is appropriate. Is my text is too long or too short. Is my text will be effective for the intended audience. I check if the title is brief and serve the purpose. I check if the introductory paragraph is worth capturing the attention. I check, is each paragraph give a logical meaning and effective. At last I check, is the conclusion summarizes the title statement, is it thinkable to the readers? Etc.
