How can you feel relaxed and happy on your first day of high school and university?

That's a tough question really. Personally, I find 3 things help me get in the right "frame of mind" to face a challenging day like the first day of classes:

  1. Listen to uplifting music on the way to school/university
  2. Make sure you have something nice to wear. Your perception of your outward appearance is key for boosting confidence.
  3. Get a good night's sleep the night before. It will help you feel energetic and positive for the next day.
