You can turn any percentage into a fraction by putting the number over 100. An easy way that helped me when I was learning fractions, decimals and percentages was to think of the percentage sign - % - as the number 100, a one and two zeros.
So 550% is 550/100 which is 11/2 when divided out to the smallest possible fraction.
